Rental Prices

• All prices are in US Dollars
• All prices are subject to change until confirmed

Security / Damage Deposits

A 50% security deposit on the entire stay is required before a reservation can be held. 50% deposit on the entire stay plus damage deposit is required before a reservation can be heldge deposit is required before a reservation can be held

A $500. damage deposit is required and due 60 days prior to arrival.

Payments

A 50% security deposit is required to hold a reservation, the full rental amount and damage deposit of $500. is due 60 days prior to arrival.

The damage deposit will be refunded 14 days after the term of the rental period.

Ridge-Meadows Property Management accepts:

• Cash (US Dollars)
• Travelers checks
• Personal checks
• Wire transfers

Ridge-Meadows Property Management does not accept credit cards.

Cancellations

• A cancellation made 61-90 days in advance: 75% deposit refund.
• A cancellation made less than 31-60 days in advance: 50% deposit refund.
• A cancellation made less that 30 days in advance: No deposit refund.
